Danni’s New Orleans Eatery team members’ health and safety are an absolute priority at this time, and we are committed to their care.   

First and foremost, the health and well-being of team members as well as our guests remains top of mind and our highest priority.

We are continually checking in and communicating with our team members.

We are reminding and re-enforcing proper sanitation practices to keep our team members and our guests healthy.

We are requiring team members who show signs of illness to stay home.

We are working to accommodate our team members' scheduling needs.

We take great pride in our clean and well-run restaurant & kitchen, and this is now more important than ever. In addition to our daily cleaning procedures, we have increased our already-strict routines significantly. We have set in place our sanitation procedures and have updated them accordingly. Below are just a few of the measures we will be taking to ensure employee and guest safety:

• Adding extra requirements and increased frequency for deep cleaning
• Sanitizing all high touchpoints every 30 minutes (e.g., door handles, bathrooms, menus, check presenters, etc.)
• Reviewing and modifying all sanitation solutions as necessary
• Replacing all our straws with paper-covered straws 
• Rolling out curbside pick up

We are following the CDC closely and taking their guidance on all relevant issues. With the guidance of the CDC and other public health officials, we have enhanced the frequency and scope of our sanitizing procedures to maintain our already highest standards. We continue to add resources and focus on handwashing, hygiene, and sanitation in our restaurant practices. We understand hand washing as one of the most important preventative measures. As the CDC updates their recommendations, we will change our processes quickly.
